i called the box office for the roxy. they told me that it was all ages and it is free because bpm is hosting it. they also told me that we should receive confirmation from bpm at our emails. i’m still showing up no matter what. they better not pull some shady ass shit though.
so i rsvp-ed last week and i’m not sure if it went through although it said it did.
are we going to be getting some type of confirmation sometime this week or next week?
i’d just feel awful since it’s my friend’s birtday and i’m surprising them with this show and have us get there and not be on the list

Okay so the Roxy said it was all ages but Overamerica Media group said it was 21… so which one is it?
HAHA. I just got the same answer as well. I asked the guy who sent Confirmation and he immediately told me 21 and was a jerk about it. I then called the Roxy, they told me all ages and that the after party would be 21 and up. All the girl told me on the phone was to try calling back tomorrow to see if anything changes, but since the event has been advertised that she has only heard it being all ages and the venue is always all ages.
it would mean the world if i can partake in this activity! MSTRKRFT has been a very influential band to me! ever since DFA 1979!!!

I agree with Flor. I’m sure a lot of those attending might’ve been under 21…like myself. i was so looking forward to tomorrow night. but at last minute you guys mention it’s 21 . that’s fucked up. next time please don’t forget to put the age limit on your flyers!
We sincerely apologize about all the confusion for this show, but unfortunately we at The Roxy were not aware until yesterday that the show would be 21 . While we would have told you that information sooner if we had it, unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We hope to see you back at The Roxy sometime soon, and regret the misunderstanding. Today we want to focus on the fact that BPM & Puma are bringing MSTRKRFT to The Roxy - we’re all stoked for this awesome show and for adding another great act to the huge list of talented performers who have graced The Roxy stage.. To everyone under 21, we’ll sincerely do our best to get MSTRKRFT back here sometime very soon for an all ages show.
